How do we strengthen our bond as ONE Team at CNC Disain Nusantara, PT ?
Last weekend we gather at The Highland Park - Bogor, to celebrate our bond as a team. More than 100 strong, including CNC Design team members and their families, came together.
Why? To strengthen our bonds, build trust through fun games, and celebrated our achievements. We accept that no one is perfect, but a perfect team is made, when each member of the team fill in each other's imperfection.
The energy in this event was infectious, showing that we truly are "ONE Team in Motion".
A big thank you to the management and the organizing committee for making it happen. Looking back, these memories remind us that CNC Design is more than just a workplace. It's a family where we work and grow together !

What was the start of this journey?
It all began in 1984 when Bruce Rowley, the visionary founder of CNC Design Pty Ltd, laid the foundation for what would become a groundbreaking partnership.
Four years later, in 1988, he had the honor of meeting Reinhold Schwulera, the esteemed General Manager for Power Engineering & Automation at Siemens, and this encounter paved the way for an enduring and fruitful relationship.
The year 1989 marked a pivotal moment for CNC Design as we proudly signed an agreement with Siemens. Since then, our cooperation has grown stronger each year.
